Do I need to make an appointment before my visit?

An appointment is needed to ensure a consultant is available to assist you in finding a wedding gown and perhaps discuss customization options with you.

How many people may I bring to my appointment?

We offer an intimate experience, we suggest bringing no more than four guests whose opinions you value.

 

How far in advance should I order my gown?

We recommend that you begin shopping for your wedding dress 9 to 12 months before your wedding date. With most bridal gowns taking about 6-7 months in custom production for our brides, this ensures that you are not rushing through the process and to avoid rush fees.

 

How much are the wedding gowns at ELLAZ Bridal?

Gowns range from $1500-$6000 with the majority falling between $2000-$2800 before taxes. Before scheduling an appointment make sure you have determined a budget for your wedding gown. The price depends on a few factors: the amount of handwork, the materials used, the length of the train (s), custom embroidery, etc. If you have a specific budget in mind, just let your consultant know so we can factor it in the design process!

 

When do I pay for my dress?

After your initial consultation, we’ll give you a quote. We require a 60% deposit upfront, and the remaining 40% is required after final approval of your photos, right before shipping.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you provide alteration services?

Yes, only on ELLAZ Bridal gowns

 

How should I prepare for my appointment?

We suggest that you have an established budget before your bridal appointment. Take a look at the designers that we have to offer and start to think about what styles you may be interested in. Last but not least, decide who will be joining you for your appointment. If you should have any questions before your scheduled appointment, please feel free to reach out to us.

 

What do I need to bring?

We suggest you bring anything you plan to wear on your wedding day such as specific heels, undergarments, strapless bra, or an heirloom. You should also bring pictures of gowns that fit your style.

 

Do you have a plus size selection?

Yes we do have plus size gowns for our curvy beauties. However all the gowns in our store can be ordered in any size.

 

Can you guarantee my dress will arrive on time?

When we send your final quote,  we also give you an estimated timeline of when your dress will be shipped to you.The timeline starts when both the payment and measurements are received.

Do you ship everywhere?

Yes! We ship worldwide and use shipping carriers like USPS & DHL and ship our dresses by express mail, so it usually only takes about 6 to 12 business days for your dress to get to you (often a lot less). There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, if so, we will get in touch with you ASAP.

 

Can I track the progress of my dress?

Yes! The best dresses are born when you are involved throughout the creation process. Our communication style is fully transparent, and we send you photos of your dress mid-process to get your feedback on anything and everything. Before we ship your dress, we also always send you final photos of your finished gown for your approval!

 

Do you offer cancellations or refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations nor accept returns, refunds, or transfers for any circumstance.
