Do I need to make an appointment before my visit?
Yes please! We are by appointment only so that we can give each bride a wonderful and focus experience.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Just yourself! If you'd like to bring a strapless bra or your favorite pair of heels, you can, otherwise we have you covered!
How many people can I bring to my appointment?
Bring the two or three people whose opinions you value most. When it comes to choosing a dress, more is not always merrier! You’ll want to bring guests who understand your true style, give supportive feedback, and will help you look your best. Hearing too many opinions can be overwhelming for even the most confident of brides, so keep the guest list short and sweet. Please note on Saturdays, we ask you bring along a maximum of 4 guests with you!
Are Children allowed to my appointment?
Due to the delicate nature of the merchandise in our salon we cannot allow children younger than 10.
How long will it take to make my dress?
It usually only takes four to seven months to create a dress, with slight variations due to style, fabric sourcing, etc. We ask all brides to kick off the creation process as early as six months in advance to ensure you have plenty of time to make up your mind without any stress!

How much are the wedding gowns at ELLAZ Bridal?
Our gorgeous custom wedding dresses range in price from $4,000 and goes up depending on the style. Clearance gowns (off the rack) range from $600 to $2,000. We require a 60% down payment at the time of your order, and the remainder is due on the day of your final fitting or before your gown is shipped to your destination.
The final cost depends on a few factors: the amount of handwork, the materials used, the length of the train (s), custom embroidery, etc. If you have a specific budget in mind, just let your consultant know so we can factor it in the design process!
When do I pay for my dress?
After your initial consultation, we’ll give you a quote. We require a 60% deposit upfront, and the remaining 40% is required after final approval of your photos, right before shipping.
What's a 'Sample Sale"?
This is a special event where we sell select floor model "sample" dresses at generously discounted prices. Sample sale appointments are one hour as apposed to the hour and a half standard bridal appointments. The sample dresses have been tried on before so they are not brand new, but they're in great condition and available as-is!
Do you provide alteration services?
Yes, only on ELLAZ Bridal gowns
Do you have a plus size selection?
Yes we do have plus size gowns for our curvy beauties. However all the gowns in our store can be ordered in any size.
Can you guarantee my dress will arrive on time?
When we send your final quote, we also give you an estimated timeline of when your dress will be shipped to you. The timeline starts when both the payment and measurements are received.
Do you ship everywhere?
Yes! We ship worldwide and use shipping carriers like USPS & FEDEX, DHL and ship our dresses by express mail, so it usually only takes about 6 to 12 business days for your dress to get to you (often a lot less). There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, if so, we will get in touch with you ASAP.
Can I track the progress of my dress?
Yes! The best dresses are born when you are involved throughout the creation process. Our communication style is fully transparent, and we send you photos of your dress mid-process to get your feedback on anything and everything. Before we ship your dress, we also always send you final photos of your finished gown for your approval!
Do you offer cancellations or refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our outfits, ELLAZ BRIDAL does not accept exchanges, refunds or cancellations on any orders. All sales are FINAL. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the dress production and cannot be refunded.
