How To Order Your Custom Gown
1.1 (a) - CONSULTATION
Consultation is the first step to the order process in order to communicate all design ideas in detail and provide pictorial visuals of those ideas in order to ensure both parties understand what is to be achieved. ELLAZ Bridal will offer her own design expertise which may enhance, complement or change the client’s design through either of the following mediums:
- In person.
- Telephone.
- WhatsApp Chat.
- ZOOM / Face Time Video Call.
- Electronic Mail (E-Mail).
- Any other medium whereby an agreement is reached on product and services to be rendered.
Please note that for any dress designs chosen by the client which ELLAZ Bridal is not the original designer, ELLAZ Bridal cannot guarantee that the dress will be made 100% similar to the original design (only the original designer can do that). However, we will be able to recreate the dress with 80%-85% similarity to the original design using premium grade fabric, embellishments and techniques to achieve the same effect as the original; without compromising the beauty and uniqueness of your dress.
Please note that once in the production phase no changes can be made to the design and to measurements. The order becomes final and irrevocable.
1.1 (b) - MEASUREMENTS
Measurements can be done in person or virtually, per the client's preference. For clients able to come in to the bridal salon, measurements will be taken in detail by the Designer or a skilled assistant. For clients unable to come in to the salon, we will book a virtual appointment with you where your measurements will be taken in detail via a video call with precise direction from the Designer.
We advise those clients unable to appear in person that it is important to have their measurements taken by a professional tailor in order for these measurements to be accurate.
1.1 (c) - DEPOSITS
After all measurements have been turned in, we do require a deposit before any production begins on the work order. The deposit required is in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the total order. Production will not commence on any order until all measurements have been received and the total deposit has been made. Please note that due to the custom nature of our dresses, ELLAZ Bridal does not accept exchanges, refunds or cancellations on any orders. All sales are FINAL. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. The balance of 50% will be broken down into 4 monthly payments.
- Forms of Payment: We accept the following forms of payment:
- Bank / Wire Transfer.
- ZELLE.
- CASH-APP/APPLE PAY
- Credit & Debit Cards. (Please note that this payment option will incur a 5.3% service charge).
- VENMO
1.1 (d) - PRODUCTION
Please allow 14 -20 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for the production of wedding gowns.
Please allow 12 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for the production of evening gowns and bridesmaids dresses.
1.1 (e) - POST PRODUCTION: FITTING
Once your gown is ready for your first fitting, you will be contacted by a team member to schedule your fitting appointment at the bridal salon. Should your gown need alterations, please allow up to three weeks for a second fitting to be scheduled.
Gown Pick-up / Delivery.
A team member will contact you via e-mail immediately your gown is ready to be picked up or shipped. The remaining 50% (fifty percent) payment on the work order will be broken down into 4 monthly payments. Please note that under no circumstance will any dress will be released to the client for pick up or shipping without the balance payment being made and confirmed.
